By submitting a dealer application to Ranch Mart Outdoors (“we,” “our,” or “us”), you (“applicant,” “dealer,” or “you”) agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Submission of a dealer application does not guarantee approval. All applications are reviewed manually, and approval is granted at the sole discretion of Ranch Mart Outdoors.

We reserve the right to approve or deny any application for any reason, including but not limited to business fit, market considerations, or incomplete information.

By submitting an application, you represent that all information provided is true, accurate, and complete to the best of your knowledge. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information may result in denial of the application or termination of dealer status if already approved.

Approval as a dealer does not create an employment relationship, partnership, joint venture, or agency relationship between you and Ranch Mart Outdoors. Dealers operate as independent businesses.

Dealer pricing, product availability, minimum order requirements, and policies are subject to change at any time without notice. Approved dealers will receive current pricing and ordering information upon approval.

Information submitted through the dealer application will be used solely for evaluating eligibility, communicating with applicants, and managing dealer relationships. For additional details, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Dealer pricing, terms, and any materials provided after approval are confidential and may not be shared, distributed, or disclosed without written permission from Ranch Mart Outdoors.

Ranch Mart Outdoors reserves the right to suspend or terminate dealer status at any time if these Terms & Conditions are violated, if business practices are deemed inconsistent with our brand, or if required to protect our business interests.

Ranch Mart Outdoors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the dealer application process, approval decisions, or participation in the dealer program.

We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued participation in the dealer program constitutes acceptance of any updated terms.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state in which Ranch Mart Outdoors operates.
